Cancellation and rebooking terms with cancellation protection (195 SEK per guest)

Free cancellation and rebooking are available up to 48 hours before arrival for any reason; no doctor’s note is required. You will receive a full refund for your stay, excluding the cost of the cancellation insurance.
For cancellations or rebookings made less than 48 hours in advance, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

Cancellation and Change Policy Without Cancellation Protection

Free cancellation and rebooking are available until 2:00 PM 10 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations or rebookings made after 3:00 PM 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

If you change your reservation, an additional fee may apply.

Liability for damage or abnormal wear and tear

As a guest of Joe Getaway, you—or the person who made the reservation—are responsible for any damage caused to the cottage or its furnishings as a result of careless behavior or lack of consideration. Our cottages are smoke-free, and we ask all guests to respect this policy.

If smoking occurs indoors or if damage is caused that requires additional cleaning or repairs, a fee of 2,500 SEK will be charged. Additional costs may apply if furniture or fixtures are damaged. These charges will be added to the final bill for the person named on the reservation.

Photography in and around our cottages is, of course, permitted for personal use. However, for commercial use or work in the area, we require prior written approval.
